Our Principles

Our goal is to not only provide contemporary health spaces, but to create a campus style health hub that reflects Moreland’s culture and diversity, as well as its health needs.

Environmentally Sustainable Design

Creating precincts that are healthy places through the reduction of environmental impacts. This is done by designing efficient use of water, energy, materials, and waste. Buildings are designed in a way to have a low-carbon footprint and energy efficient. Ensure resilience for current and future climatic conditions.

Biophilia.

Biophilia itself is the inherent human inclination to connect, and have an affiliation, with nature. Biophilic design also results in environments that soothe, comfort, calm and orientate, making it extremely beneficial to healthcare environments specialising in behavioural health. There are many ways to implement the design concept of biophilia into healthcare design, including the six basic principles of biophilic design: environmental features, natural shapes and forms, natural patterns and processes, light and space, place-based relationships, and evolved human-nature relationships.

Economic & Employment Generation

Creating built form assets that have generational impacts on communities in which they inhabit.
